Production flow

寸法

To achieve a realistic bird-like appearance, it's crucial to be mindful of the proportions of each body part. Therefore, before beginning production, I meticulously measure the size of each component.

Parts

Delicate parts such as the beak and claws are produced using a stereolithography 3D printer, which is also used for figure production.

羽根

The feathers are made by thinly stretching wool felt and hardening it with fabric stiffener. Each feather, including parts barely visible and patterns, is meticulously reproduced.

Mixed colors

We'll check the closest colors for each part from the photos you first sent us, and then mix colors to create any shades that cannot be reproduced with existing wool.

Transplant

To create the fluffy plumage unique to birds, we will use a flocking technique where straight wool is implanted onto the base body.

Completion

Finally, fine patterns that are difficult to reproduce with wool are painted with acrylics.

I will also make fine adjustments while looking at the overall picture.

There is currently a waiting period of approximately three months for production.

    Quotation

    First, please fill out the order details using the inquiry form below.

    We will contact you via email within one day. At that time, we will inform you of the price, approximate production start time, and delivery date.
    Please note that a deposit of 10,000 yen is required before production begins. The remaining balance will be paid after the work is completed and before delivery.

    Interview

    Please reply to this email with photos taken from various angles. High-resolution photos that clearly show patterns and details would be very helpful for accurate reproduction. Please note that we cannot reproduce parts that are not visible in the photos.

    Also, please be aware that the actual color may appear different depending on the lighting in the photos. If possible, please provide photos that are close to the actual color.

    Please let us know if you have any preferences regarding poses.

    Production

    We will contact you again before starting production.

    Depending on the type of bird and the complexity of its patterns, production typically takes about 2 to 3 weeks.

    Complete

    Once the work is complete, we will send you photos of the finished product via email for your confirmation.

    We offer one free revision, excluding major changes (such as those requiring part replacement).

    Please note that for the second and subsequent revisions, an additional fee of 5,000 yen will be charged per revision.

    Delivery

    We will send you a dedicated purchase page via email.

    After confirming your payment, we will ship your order within 1-3 days.

    Domestic shipping is free. For international shipments, a separate shipping fee will be charged.

    If you have any preferred delivery dates or times, please feel free to let us know. We will ship via Yu-Pack, and you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

    • Wool felt creations are very delicate, so please refrain from pulling on the fibers or touching them excessively. In particular, the claws are thin and fragile, so please handle them with extreme care.
